How Will My Order Ship?

Thank you for your order! We ship using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods available. Each product is carefully assigned to a specific shipping method to ensure optimal delivery.

Once your order ships, we will notify you via email, including a tracking number for your shipment. You can track your package online or by contacting the carrier. For registered users, tracking is also available in the My Account section. If you notice anything unusual with your shipment, please contact us promptly.

Please note:
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
  • Shipping methods include Small Parcel, Truck Freight – Back of Truck, and Truck Freight – Threshold.

Small Parcel Shipping

Smaller, lighter items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Delivery typically occurs within 1–6 business days (1–10 business days for USPS) after the item leaves the warehouse, depending on your proximity to the shipping location.

An adult signature is not required, but delivery drivers decide whether to leave packages without one. If you prefer a package left at your door, leave a signed note for the driver with your name, tracking number, and instructions, such as “No Signature Required.”

Truck Freight – Back of Truck

Large or heavy items ship via truck freight, differing from standard shipping in two key ways:

  • The delivery agent will call to schedule an appointment (usually a 2–4 hour window, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST).
  • Items are delivered to the driveway or curb. It is your responsibility to move the items inside. Some carriers offer additional services for an extra fee, such as moving the item indoors.

We will email tracking information when your order ships. For additional services, contact the shipper directly and pay them directly for any extra services.

Important: Inspect your package at delivery. If damaged, write “Product Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. This ensures we can resolve the issue quickly.

Truck Freight – Threshold

This method is similar to "Back of Truck," except the carrier delivers to your threshold (garage or front door for residential, loading dock for commercial).

Carriers do not provide assembly or placement in specific rooms. For extra services, contact the carrier and pay directly.

About Estimated Shipping Times

At Bobi Mailboxes USA, we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates. Please note:

  • "Usually Ships In" Time Frames: These estimates, provided by manufacturers, reflect the average time it takes to process and ship an order. They are not guaranteed. For urgent orders, call (615) 450-0708 or use Live Chat to discuss expedited shipping options.
  • In Stock Items: Products marked "In Stock" typically ship within two business days. Availability is subject to prior sales and is not guaranteed.

Occasionally, items marked as available may sell out before your order processes. If this occurs, you will receive an email offering options to backorder, select a substitute item, or cancel for a full refund.

Custom-made items may have varying lead times; we recommend ordering early to avoid project delays.

Free Shipping

Items labeled “FREE SHIPPING!” ship free within the continental United States. Any shipping charges are clearly indicated in your shopping cart before checkout.

Exclusions:
  • Shipping surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
  • Certain items include additional shipping fees, which will be detailed at checkout.
  • Free or promotional shipping does not apply to gift cards, bulk orders, sales tax, or international fees.
